Search for best left handed game mice is not very common because only 10% of population falls in the category, however it is a challenge for the gamers who use left hand when playing PC games. PC gaming world is becoming more and more popular as gaming consoles sales are on decline and popular games like Players-Unknown’s-Battlegrounds are launching exclusively on Personal Computers.

Beyond necessary internal component and hardware required for PC gaming, use of high quality peripherals makes your gaming experience much better. But, this can become a challenge for Left-handed users in world cluttered with Right handed mice.

To combat this, many firms have launched left-handed variants of their famous right handed mouse models as well as ambidextrous mouse designs that can be used comfortably by both left and right handed gamers.

This guide will cover 10 of the best left-handed gaming mice that are currently available in the market. Mice listed here were checked on the bases of several criteria including their build quality, design and ergonomics, features, price and performance.

What’s Best, Ambidextrous or Left Handed Mouse Model?

This question is tough enough for most if not all experts and users. It all really depends on one’s personal preference and the environment in which the mouse is being used. For instance, some is only one at their home who uses the PC, therefore he or she will not be inconveniencing his or her family by only having left-handed mouse as their sole peripheral. But, the PC is shared by other family members who probably are right handed users then it is wise to go with something that can fulfill both purposes.

Switching to Left-handed mouse is initially a weird feeling because ergonomic design both types is entirely different. This means that an ambidextrous mouse will be better right off because you don’t need to go through a period where it seems to be weird or uncomfortable. But, for most of the user it only takes few days to get used to new sensation and they get familiar to it.

Why are there ambidextrous mice in the list of ” left handed” mice? If I’d wanted an ambidextrous mouse I would have searched for “ambidextrous mice” and not “left handed mice”. I am fully aware what ambidextrous means but I was/am looking for a mouse that is comfortable and shaped for my left hand! Why would I consider buying a mouse that other (right handed) people can use?
Next time you may want to title this “the top 2 left handed gaming mice”.

Hi there. I know how difficult it is to find left handed only mice. The Razer Naga 2014 Left-Handed edition has a different button layout than the original left handed edition.
Since you are also listing ambidextrous gaming mice I highly recommend the wired/wireless Logitech G903. It has 11 buttons compared to the Naga 2014 Left-Handed’s 19, but it’s got on-the fly DPI adjustment. To go from lighting fast twitch shooting to lining up a sniping shot with minute precision.
It’s also got a 10g weight that can be put in it to weigh it down and has a slightly lower curve to the back so it can fit smaller hands. Plus, the buttons on both sides–if you choose to customize it that way–allow you to use your pinky/ring finger if you’re not playing a MMO that has standard 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 control bars.
I still use my Naga out of habit, but I’m slowly trying to see if I can use the G903 in things like Warframe where I don’t absolutely need to have the 1 through 9 buttons accessible.
Just a thought to add to your list.
Only major con is it is expensive but I’ve notice no lag in my twitchier First Person games when wireless.
